DLDPT PRICE MATCH

FOUND IT FOR LESS? WE WANT TO KNOW.

At DLDPT, we want our Dolls to feel confident when they shop with us. If you find an eligible item offered for a lower price by another retailer, you can submit a Price Match Request before placing your order.

If approved, we’ll provide instructions for purchasing the qualifying item at the matched price.

HOW PRICE MATCHING WORKS

1. Find the item
Find the same or substantially identical item being sold for less by an eligible retailer.

2. Send us the listing
Submit the competitor’s direct product link along with the DLDPT product you would like us to review.

3. We review your request
Our team will verify the product, retailer, advertised price, availability, and eligibility.

4. Shop your approved price
If your request is approved, we’ll provide the appropriate price-match purchasing instructions.

PRICE MATCH REQUIREMENTS

To qualify, the request must be submitted before you purchase from DLDPT.

The competing item must be currently available for purchase and the advertised price must be publicly verifiable at the time we review your request.

Price matching applies to the merchandise price only unless otherwise stated.

DLDPT reserves the right to determine whether an item is sufficiently comparable and eligible for a price match.

YOU CHOOSE YOUR SAVINGS

An approved price match cannot be combined with other DLDPT discounts or promotions.

That means you can choose either:

THE PRICE MATCH PRICE
Receive the approved competitor price without additional promotional discounts.

OR

THE DLDPT SALE PRICE
Keep the regular DLDPT price and use any eligible automatic sale, promotional code, or student discount.

Whichever gives you the shopping experience you prefer.
