Your purchase is protected by DLDPT’s 8-Week Delivery Policy Promise, because we believe every Doll deserves a secure and reliable shopping experience.
While most qualifying items typically arrive within 3–4 weeks, your order is protected for up to 8 weeks from the original purchase date.
If your order has not been delivered within 8 weeks of purchase, DLDPT will issue a full refund to your original payment method and absorb the loss, provided that:
- The shipment has not been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
- There is no valid proof of delivery confirming that the order reached its destination.
If both conditions are satisfied, your order qualifies for a full refund under our 8-Week Delivery Policy Promise.
Orders with confirmed delivery scans or valid proof of delivery are not eligible for an automatic refund under this specific policy. Any delivery discrepancies may be reviewed separately.
Our Promise: Your 8-week protection is not your estimated delivery time. It’s our commitment to taking responsibility when a qualifying order does not arrive.
