5. Advertising, Analytics & Data Sharing

DLDPT may use analytics, advertising, and marketing technologies to understand website activity, measure advertising effectiveness, and show advertising that may be relevant to customers.

Depending on the technologies used, certain disclosures of identifiers, browsing activity, device information, or similar data to advertising partners may be considered "sharing" or "sale" of personal information under certain state privacy laws, even if DLDPT does not receive money directly in exchange for that information.

Where required by applicable law, DLDPT will honor eligible consumers' requests to opt out of such sale or sharing, including opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where required.

Customers may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link contained in those messages. SMS recipients may use the opt-out instructions provided in the applicable text message.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent DLDPT from sending necessary transactional communications, such as order confirmations; payment information; shipping notifications; return or refund updates; security notices; and customer-support responses.
